We’ve had a bit of a break on updates for the small house, but rest assured – we haven’t had a break from the work! 
The crew worked on the house siding, caulking the siding, and putting on purlins in preparation for the metal roof the week of December 7th.  Unfortunately the metal roof didn’t arrive as scheduled so we lost some beautiful working days.  Inside the electrical contractor was busy and we had to wait until that work is completed and inspected before insulation and drywall.

Things are coming along at the small house! We started off calling it a tiny house, but it is actually a little larger than your average “tiny house!”
