This group provides a space for anti-racism education, advocacy, and mutual accountability in our church and community. The group meeting is hybrid, with in person members meeting in the FMC library.

4-6 people meet several times each month for prayer, sharing, Lectio Divina and a short silence. Meeting times and days are decided by the group. New groups are formed each September. The group meets in person & on Zoom.

Tuesday, July 15 before and after Taco Tuesday: ▪ 5pm: Prayer and banner unfurling on the FMC lawn ▪ 6:30pm: Panel discussion featuring local speakers Al Mytty, who recently visited Hebron, West Bank with Community Peacemaker Teams, and Dua Aldasouqi, director, CU Muslim Action Cmte.
Attendees meet for fellowship and a taco dinner. People sign up to help bring main items. Those not helping bring a main meal item are invited, though not required, to bring a topping to share.

FMC will host a short prayer gathering in the church sanctuary to support Apache Stronghold’s effort to save Oak Flat.
