DESCRIPTION:Join Sarah Lake-Rayburn for a time of learning and conversation about mental health in the lives of people of faith.\n\nEach week we’ll talk about a specific area of mental health. We’ll go over ways faith and religion can be both beneficial and harmful in these experiences and learn some spiritual practices that can apply to the hard moments. There will be space to share stories\, experiences and support.
